At O’Brien’s Shirt Shop, every item is custom-printed just for you — which means we aren’t able to offer traditional returns or exchanges. But we are a family business, and making sure you’re happy truly matters to us.
If your order arrives with a defect or we made a mistake (wrong size, design, or color on our end), we’ll absolutely make it right.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest. If it’s our error, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Since every shirt is printed based on the choices made at checkout, we can’t remake or refund items if the wrong size, color, or style was selected by the customer. We always recommend double-checking your selections before ordering.
Even though we can’t accept returns, we care about every customer and want you to walk away feeling good about your experience. If something feels off or you’re not as happy as you hoped, reach out — we’re more than willing to work with you.
Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer things like:
